BOHNES Releases "My Friends" Remix EP

EP. Teaming up with Pretty Sister, Chace, Chantry, Milk N Cooks and VCDC, Bohnes reimagined versions of his hit single "My Friends" that are sure to keep fans dancing into the weekend. The EP is available to stream today, here. Additionally, the music video for the acoustic version of "My Friends" premiered exclusively with Alternative Press this afternoon.

This new solo project from Alex DeLeon (The Cab) has been continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity through music and visual content. On "My Friends" DeLeon shares "We are all messed up. We all go down rabbit holes, we all live with little fragments of darkness in our heads, and we all make bad decisions sometimes. This is a song about being proud of all of that. Being self-aware. Sometimes fighting against your demons is more self-destructive than learning to live with them. These are all things that make people who they are. How boring would it be to be normal? Instead of running from your demons.. you should learn to be friends with them. It took me awhile.. but I think I finally have introduced myself to mine."

The original track was produced by Matt Johnson (Matt and Kim) and gives listeners grungy guitar hooks with a modern pop beat and catchy drum breaks evident of all of the musical influences of Bohnes. Fans can stream "My Friends" across all digital platforms by heading to

Recently, Bohnes released an acoustic version of his first single "Six Feet Under" and the re-imagined track and video garnered great responses from press. Ones To Watchshared "DeLeon's voice adopts a softer tone in comparison to the more aggressive original that matches perfectly with the minimal instrumentation and emotional quality of the acoustic version and music video."Huffington Postcelebrated the project, saying "This new chapter of Deleon's career represents figuring out who you really are while showcases who he is as a musician - authentic, real, and passionate."

Bohnes pulls from influences like Johnny Cash, Rage Against the Machine, Justin Timberlake and Frank Sinatra while maintaining a global focus in every aspect of the project. He has traveled to every continent and has filmed or photographed content in over 65 countries. From his debut music video being shot at an abandoned theme park in Japan and premiered with Entertainment Tonight, this is just the beginning of what is sure to be an incredible journey.

" over 75-minute-long, dense, disturbing soundtrack to horror. Manic blastbeats and tremolo-picked minor chords melt into feedback-drenched waves of discomfort. The weight of the album is visceral, its misery and hopelessness made audible." - Noisey

"...filthy, ugly, brutish, and sounds like a long lifetime of hatred, pain, misery and destruction." -- Metal Injection

"It's louder. It's heavier. It's noisier. Pure punishment. Musical masochism. Straight up no daylight chained to a cold, concrete, blood-stained floor..." - The Needle Drop

"...some of the heaviest, grinding, industrial-charged sludge you're likely to suffer through." -- Team Rock

"Art should reflect its surroundings, and this is a near perfect example of this: the worst of the human condition, condensed into a darkly poetic display of doom metal. Plus it's super fucking heavy, which is just fantastic." - Heavy Blog Is Heavy

" overwhelming masterwork of unbridled extremity." - The Obelisk

"...for those who like their doom on the punishingly callous and despondent side, smothered with noise-ridden dread and bitterness, this one's for you." - Exclaim

SENSES FAIL Premieres New Song & Video

On Tour This Spring with Reggie and The Full Effect, Have Mercy, and Household

Ridgewood, NJ - January 11, 2018 -Senses Fail is thrilled to share their brand new song and video, "Gold Jacket, Green Jacket...," premiering now via Loudwire. The track comes from the band's forthcoming 7th full-length album, If There Is A Light, It Will Find You. The new 12-song album will be released on February 16th, 2018 via Pure Noise Records and can be pre-ordered now here. On the new single, singer Buddy Nielsen shares: "This song is an attempt to give a voice to the millions of people struggling everyday to follow their dreams and passions. We as a generation have endured and sacrificed much more than our elders give us credit for. War, climate change, mass shootings, economic uncertainty and crippling debt are just some of the struggles that we have been handed by the generation before us, all while be told we aren't doing enough to succeed. Despite all this we are strive to do whats right, follow our hearts and try to leave this world a better place."
If There Is A Light, It Will Find You was produced by Beau Burchell (Moose Blood, Saosin, Hands Like Houses) and is the first time singer Buddy Nielsen has fully written the entirety of the album alone. Nielsen experienced life-altering changes over the past two years that have contributed directly to the making of this record. The band has always been known for pushing boundaries lyrically and addressing topical issues from stage during a live show, but this time around you can feel the weight of uncontrollable stressors wearing down on Buddy as he navigates the listener through his personal life, from song to song. Fans will notice a dramatic shift back to the band's rock roots, honing the sound they realized on iconic records like Let It Enfold You while also embracing the future of the band and personal experiences like both the loss and birth of a child. Underneath the album's brighter, melody-driven exterior lurks a dark fascination with the concept of mortality - creating a juxtaposition of light and shadows that directly reflects on Senses Fail's marked history.
Senses Fail will be hitting the road for a full U.S. tour next month with support from Reggie and the Full Effect, Have Mercy, and Household. The month-long run kicks off on February 27th in Santa Ana and wraps up on March 31st in Las Vegas, bringing Senses Fail's high-energy and passion-driven live show to fans across the country. As Lauren Alaina was preparing to make her second album Road Less Traveled, her life was not doing fine. What should have been an exciting time for the young artist was overshadowed by the events of her personal life. Lauren shares that her parents were in the process of getting a divorce, and she had the feeling of being pulled in a bunch of different directions, but one person, and one song, helped Lauren cut through all of that to find her “voice” as a songwriter.

When she got together with busbee, who went on to produce the album for Lauren, he posed some simple questions to her, “What do you want to say? What are you going through right now? What is happening to you in your life?” Lauren recalls it was at that point where she totally opened up to him and “just lost it.” But in searching for those answers, Lauren says she found clarity thanks to busbee,

“It was the first time that I thought ‘Oh, I should write about me, and what’s actually happening.’ And he, really helped me with that. He really, really helped me to realize that honesty is what works.”

She also found a song in that writing session…”Doin’ Fine,” which is one of the most autobiographical tracks from her album Road Less Traveledthat fans are connecting with because many are going through the same life events, and can relate to the honesty of the music.

Fans can hear the track on country radio as it makes it’s way into the top 40 this week.

Lauren is set to hit the road with Cole Swindell on his The Reason to Drink Tour, kicking off February 15th in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Romance & Rebellion Announces New EP AMPS & ANTHEMS

LA-based pop-rockers, Romance & Rebellion have announced the release of their sophomore EP, AMPS & ANTHEMS due out January 12, 2018. AMPS & ANTHEMS, produced by Warren Huart (Aerosmith, James Blunt, Korn), Stefan Litrownik (One Direction, Any Grammer), and Lennon Leppert (Over Atlantic) is a 4-track EP that tears out all of the romantic innocence you've come to expect from Romance & Rebellion; distorts it, and cranks up the volume. The band released the first single off of the EP late last year, entitled "For A Moment."

On their new music, David LaViola, lead vocalist, shares, "These four tracks are filled with emo-studded angst, dripping with candy-coated heartache, wrapped in youthfully rebellious pop rock."

Romance & Rebellion was established in 2015 in Echo Park, CA. By the end of that year, the band had created a buzz around themselves using solely social media and live performances, and soon there after was recognized by pop producer Stefan Litrownik. After the release of their debut EP in June 2016, they had to opportunity to take the stage at influential festivals such as Warped Tour and SXSW, and even headlined Emo Nite LA.

AMPS & ANTHEMS is set to release on January 12, 2018. LaViola states,  This EP is a defiant response to heartbreak, and the soundtrack equivalent to saying 'Go f*** yourself' to whomever broke it." For more information, please visit:

AMPS & ANTHEMS Tracklisting:

01. For A Moment

02. Put Me Out Of My Misery

03. I Don't Believe In Love

04. Boys Don't Cry

Luke Bryan has released his new single, “Most People Are Good,” and the song couldn’t be a more welcome more appropriately timed with all of the tragedy that people around the world experienced in 2017.

With such poignant lyrics such as “I believe this world ain’t half as bad as it looks/I believe most people are good/I believe that days go slow and years go fast/and every breath’s a gift, the first one to the last,” this song could be just what we needed, a song that carries a welcome message, which could lead to a healing of hearts and minds.

“I think it’s a song that will truly help people believe in people again. I think it’s so truthful in so many ways. We do get reminded every day of all the negativity of what humans are, and truly it’s only .001 percent of people causing all the negativity. I mean, I truly believe that,” says Luke. “I’m going to open the door for anybody and so many other people believe that way. I’m going to say hey to a stranger. I’m going to help somebody out in need, and that’s what this song really, really preaches. It preaches the innocence of children, the beauty of mothers, the beauty of relationships, the beauty of what life truly could be and should be and really is. I truly believe that most people lay their heads down at night and try to be better and try to be good to other people. And I think this song captures those emotions perfectly.”

“Most People Are Good” is from Luke’s new chart-topping album,What Makes You Country, as well as the follow-up to his recent No. 1 hit, “Light It Up.”

The members of Little Big Town have been announced as one of the first performers for this year’s GRAMMY Awards. The initial list of artists taking the stage also includes Lady Gaga, Pink and Childish Gambino.

Little Big Town has a pair of GRAMMY nominations for Best Country Album forThe Breakerand Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their hit smash “Better Man.”

The 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live from New York City’s Madison Square Garden January 28th at 7:30pm ET on CBS.

Tom Evanchuck Releases New Single "Just Got Back"

Tom Evanchuck is a songwriter that seems like he was born in a different era. Weaving together stories of heartbreak and the allures of the midwest, the Cleveland-bred artist has debuted his new single "Just Got Back." The track comes from the upcoming EP of the same name that will be released independently on January 19th.

"The song 'Just Got Back' is a tale that most people feel, but don’t really acknowledge too often," says Evanchuck. "The feeling of not wanting to go out because you’re just too tired from everyday life, but feeling like that's not a good enough reason to say 'No.' This isn’t meant to be depressing though, learning to say 'no' and not over committing to things can be an essential life skill."

With his new EP Just Got Back, Tom wanted to come from a more relatable, storyteller position and not so much the "jumping on an old train" subject matter that was prevalent in his previous records. He enlisted a group of talented musicians in the Cleveland area and in one day, they cranked out all 8 tracks. No one other than Evanchuck had even heard the songs before that day, creating a very organic, "in the moment" sound.

Fans Can Meet Legendary Artist Neal Adams At Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans, January 5-7

Batman,’ ‘Green Lantern/Green Arrow,’ ‘Deadman’ Artist To Appear All Three Days At New Orleans Morial Convention Center

ORLEANS, December 18, 2017 – All-time comics great Neal Adams, known to legions of fans as the artist who “revived ‘Batman,’ saved the ‘X-Men,” challenged the system and changed comics forever,” returns to the Wizard World tour with an appearance at Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans, January 5-7 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Adams, who had legendary runs on “Batman,” “X-Men,” “Green Lantern/Green Arrow” and “Deadman,” rescued Batman from the campy TV show, and transformed him into his present, “Avenger of the Night” persona.

When people say ‘modern Batman,’ they mean Neal Adams’s Batman. His run led directly to the realistic incarnation seen in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight movies. Adams is the creator of Ras Al Ghul, now featured in the “Arrow” series, and pretty much created the Green Arrow and Merlyn characters we see in the “Arrow” TV show.

Recently, Adams was featured during “Neal Adams Month” with 28 homage covers for DC, penciled by Neal and inked by other artists the likes of Jim Lee, Frank Miller, Brian Bolland, Simon Bisley and Walt Simonson.

Neal also drew the Batman Omnibus and the Green Arrow, Green Lantern Absolute, and his six-part “Coming of the Supermen” mini series which was a huge hit. His graphic novel Blood from Dark Horse featured the first animated lenticular lens cover ever done in the Industry. Adams’s 38-page “Harley's Little Black Book”, which is an homage to Superman Vs. Ali, is now in stores in a collected graphic novel, along with tons of variant covers.

Adams joins a standout Artist Alley that features the likes of Howard Chaykin (“American Flagg!,” “Divided States of Hysteria”), Agnes Garbowska (“My Little Pony,” “DC Superhero Girls”), David Mack (“KABUKI,” “Jessica Jones”), Marat Michaels (“Deadpool Corps,” “Extreme Studios”), Arthur Suydam (“Marvel Zombies”), Mike Grell (“Green Arrow,” “Batman”) and more, in addition to the great Stan Lee, who is appearing as a celebrity guest.

Wizard World Comic Con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop culture: movies, television, gaming, live entertainment, comics, sci-fi, graphic novels, toys, original art, collectibles, contests and more. The first event scheduled on the 2018 Wizard World calendar, New Orleans show hours are Friday, January 5, 4-9 p.m.; Saturday, January 6, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, January 7, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Kids 10 and under are admitted free with paid adult.
