Multidisciplinary artist, Brian Falduto, brings sincere songwriting and infectious melodies with the release of his new album, Stage Two, out November 2nd. The album title draws inspiration from psychologist Alan Downs’ book, "The Velvet Rage,” which documents the 3 stages of the gay man’s psychology: Stage 1 shame, Stage 2 compensating for shame, and Stage 3 authenticity. Brian wrote each of the songs on this album during Stage 2 of his own experience, with the lead single “Rainy Day” documenting the darkest moments in that phase of his life. Brian’s songwriting is self-reflective and raw, bringing sweet intensity to the album. Stage Two was also recorded at PonderRosa Studios.
At the age of 11, Brian was cast alongside Jack Black in the Scott Rudin/Paramount Pictures film School of Rock as Billy, a.k.a. “Fancy Pants.” Through the years, Brian has re-immersed himself in the entertainment industry, working with renown organizations (O&M Co., Jujamcyn Theatres, Paper Mill Playhouse, New York International Fringe Festival) and radio (95.5 WPLJ, 77 WABC, Radio 103.9, NASH FM 94.7).
